A large number of waste household appliances are scrapped every year, which contain a large amount of recyclable resources such as metals and plastics. However, the composition of waste household appliances is relatively complex, and it is not easy to recycle. Therefore, we have designed a complete recycling scheme of household appliance shredded materials through consideration and research on waste household appliance shredded materials and customer feedback, and sorted out the metals, plastics and other resources in the scrapped household appliance shredded materials one by one.
This program is mainly aimed at the purification of metals and plastics in household appliance crushed materials, which can be divided into two parts: metal separation and plastic separation.
The upper part of the metal sorting should be cleaned first to remove the light objects and large pieces of garbage, and then the iron, stainless steel and non-ferrous metals are separated through various sorting equipment;
In the lower part, the plastic mixture after the metal separation is removed from the silicone rubber and wood to further increase the purity. The clean plastic can then be separated by material and color as required.
Core equipment:
Air separator: separate light and heavy materials, and remove light impurities such as sponge wool in the materials.
Eddy current separator: Separation of non-ferrous metals such as copper, aluminum and zinc in materials.
Sensor type metal sorting machine: selects the stainless steel metal in the material.
Silicone rubber sorting machine: separate the silica gel and rubber in the plastic mixture.
Intelligent wood sorting machine: automatic separation of plastic and wood blocks.
Electrostatic sorting machine: At the same time, the plastics of 2-5 materials are separated.
Plastic color sorter: separates plastics of different colors.
