Electronic waste, commonly known as "e-waste", refers to electrical or electronic products that are no longer in use. The non-ferrous metals contained in these e-wastes are many times that of natural minerals, and the cost of recycling is far less than that of redevelopment and reuse. From this point of view, e-waste has high economic value, and participation in recycling can get a lot of profit. In order to sort and purify non-ferrous metals in e-waste, we have developed this pipeline scheme.
This program is mainly aimed at non-ferrous metals such as copper, aluminum and zinc in the waste material. Therefore, the equipment of the recycling line is mainly based on the new eddy current separator, which selects the gold, silver, copper and aluminum in the electronic waste; Equipped with other functional equipment to separate the remaining recyclable resources or increase the sorting effect.
Core equipment:
Eddy current separator: Separation of non-ferrous metals such as copper, aluminum and zinc in materials.
Sensor-type metal sorting machine: selects the stainless steel metal in the material.
Air separator: separate light and heavy materials, and remove light impurities such as sponge wool in the materials.
